Bigoli achieves freshness by using only seasonal, organic ingredients that are free from synthetic inputs such as hormones or chemical additives.

Schoch Dairy – Salinas, CA
The Schoch family has owned and operated their family dairy farm in Salinas since 1944, and supplies the Carmel, Monterey, and Salinas areas with flavorful, artisan cheese that is crafted the old-fashioned way. Products include a local Monterey Jack – the only Jack cheese produced in Monterey.

Corralitos Market and Sausage Company -Corralitos, CA
At the Corralitos Market and Sausage Company, the focus is on producing a quality product, rather than on quantity of product.  The market, which offers nitrate-free meat products with no fillers, takes part in a strict state inspection program, which includes a weekly inspection of its kitchen and smokehouse. The business is a member of the California Association of Meat Processors [CAMP], from which it has won numerous awards for its smoked and fresh products over the years.

Gizdich Ranch - Watsonville, CA
Gizdich Ranch in Watsonville specializes in olallieberries, as well as strawberries, blackberries and boysenberries. The farm produces a dozen varieties of fruit pies, as well as olallieberry jam and syrup. Out of season, the berries are usually available frozen, allowing the farm to bake and sell its pies year-round.

They have a hall of fame award winning pecan pie.
