Dew Not Drop The Coleslaw!

What's one of the most popular Summer side dishes? Coleslaw! Here at The Wharf Marketplace we created our own spin on this popular dish using Artisan Dewdrop Cabbages grown at Tanimura and Antle. With that said, we decided to treat you to our house recipe.

Here is what you will need:


2 cups Mayo
1 cup Honey Mustard
1/2 cup Rice Vinegar
1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
2 ts Sugar
Salt and Pepper to Taste


In a medium-large mixing bowl, toss everything except the dressing. After tossing, add dressing to taste and toss again. Serve in a bowl or on a plate and garnish with the sliced almonds if you have any extra.
