Burn Hot Sauce started about three years ago in Santa Cruz California by a wonderful couple with ambitious goals of selling all natural hot sauce.
Amanda and Chase first met in a drum circle on Venice Beach, California. Chase owns a pepper farm and Amanda was working at a fine dining restaurant. Amanda has a passion for fermenting vegetables such as mushrooms and peppers. One day Amanda started fermenting some of the peppers Chase grew and then forgot about them. After a few months they decided to blend them to create this now wonderful hot sauce. They would only share this with friends as gifts and after much positive feed back they to start selling. Chase and Amanda are now engaged and working full time together creating these wonderful and delicious hot sauces an sharing them with anyone who wants to feel the burn!
